Prices for gas inspections are as follows.

Inspection for only a gas meter  £35

Inspection for Gas meter and up to 2 gas appliances  £50

Inspection for Gas Meter and up to 3 gas appliances  £65

Inspection for Gas Meter and up to 4 gas appliances  £80

Pre-Purchase inspections from £100

Gas appliance repairs from £75 per hour

General plumbing and heating work £65 per hour

Duplicate reports may be forwarded at a cost of £10.

All rates include a £5 discount for payment by Bank Transfer.

More than one boiler or instantaneous water heater £20 surcharge.

More that one gas fire £10 surcharge.

These prices are for inspections carried out during normal working hours ( Monday - Friday 8.00 - 16.00 ).

Inspections carried outside these hours ( in the the evening or at weekends ) and during holiday periods incur a £30 surcharge.

The collection of keys from Letting Agents costs £20 ( up to 1 mile away ) £30 ( up to 3 Miles away ) . Please indicate in further information on booking form if you require this.

Inspections can be carried out in areas not usually covered but these will incur a surcharge. Please inquire.

Inspections within the congestion zone cost more. 

Waiting time is charged at £30 for every 30 minutes.
